Decided to book in for another night. Had a lovely breakfast at a cute little cafe in town. Had a walk around the town, bought some stainless steel chopping boards, bought some sunnies for Brett and because Lily had spilt some hot chocolate on her shirt the lady in the surf shop gave her a brand new shirt to wear for nothing, was very kind of her.

Went for a drive to all the local beaches, back beach & the granites and bays, went for a swim at “surf beach” was lovely but so cold in the water. Met a guy from Darwin that that moved there 8 years ago, he was with his 4 boys, chatting about the surf and the drinking culture of Auatralia. Collected some sand for our jars.

That night we went out for dinner again, this time at the restaurant everyone has raved about, the Morcean, was really nice but overpriced for what it was. The waitress was the sourest person ever, we tried to make her smile the whole time we were there to no avail. Went back to the unit and watched a movie.
